PresidentTia began her career at GreatWork Employment Services in 1994 with the intention of working temporarily for the family-owned business.
As its President since 1997, she has guided it to achieve consistent growth and regional recognition as the top agency in Northeast Ohio, empowering employees and giving back to the industries and communities it serves.
Rae-Lin O'Neal
Branch Manager, AkronRae-Lin began as Business Development Manager in 2020 and was invited to manage the Akron branch in 2023. She brings positivity and a passion for helping people to the GreatWork team, and her self-identified desire to leave the world a better place is evident in every interaction with clients and applicants.

Branch Manager, StreetsboroDeAnna began her career with GreatWork more than 25 years ago and brings over 30 years of industry experience.
She started as a Staffing Supervisor, where her commitment to client satisfaction and extensive industry expertise distinguished her as a leader. These qualities led to her selection as Manager of the Streetsboro office when the opportunity arose.
DeAnna takes great pride in developing long-term client partnerships and remains dedicated to delivering exceptional service and results.
