We are looking for a motivated and personable Part-Time Recruiter to join our staffing agency team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and helping candidates find the right job opportunities.
Schedule:
- Part-time, up to 32 hours per week
- Flexible schedule – hours can be arranged around your availability

What You'll Do:
- Recruit and source candidates for a variety of open positions
- Review resumes and applications
- Conduct phone screens and interviews
- Reach out to potential candidates through Indeed and other recruiting platforms
- Match candidates with job opportunities based on their skills and experience
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Assist with scheduling interviews, orientations, and placements
- Maintain accurate candidate records and follow up with applicants
What We're Looking For:
- Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making phone calls and communicating with candidates
- Organized and able to manage multiple openings and candidates at once
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Professional, friendly, and dependable
- Comfortable using computers and online recruiting platforms
