We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter to join our Corporate office in Akron, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of talent for manufacture/warehouse and admin positions. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of Employment law, HR systems, with a high focus on Customer service and Appointment setting.
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Scheduling Candidates for in-person interviews
- Source candidates through job postings, email outreach, and recruiting platforms (computer skills)
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews.
- Assist with proper skill matching to ensure the best fit for each of our customers roles.
- Complete data entry and maintain accurate candidate records
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and organizational skills Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
- Ability to follow direction while also thinking outside the box
- Recruiting experience is a plus.
- A results-driven mindset with an understanding that increasing the total number of placements.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for manufacture positions.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies through social media marketing (recruitment), job boards, cold calling, and research to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate skills, experience for placement.
- Coordinate employee orientation programs, onboarding activities, and employee relations initiatives to promote engagement.
