Inspection
22\. Responsible for all inspection and testing of in-process and finished material to include, but not
limited to, Brinell testing, Rockwell testing, and conductivity testing in accordance with customer and divisional procedures.
23\. Responsible for adherence to all customer specific and divisional documentation and tagging
requirements. This includes documentation accuracy and completion.
24\. Responsible for reacting per divisional policy to identified non conforming product during any phase of
the process.
25\. Responsible for applicable material movements associated with all aspects of in-process and final
inspection.
26\. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining applicable departmental supplies.
27\. Responsible for completion of all required Quality checks (daily cross checks, Gauge R&R’s, PM’s etc…)
as prescribed by divisional procedures
