Responsibilities for a variety of openings:- Set up and operate grinding and cutting machines according to specifications.
- Inspect materials for quality to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe working environment.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure longevity and operational efficiency is a plus!
- Metal cutting experience is a plus!
- Review work orders and document production activities as needed.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies during operations.
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience operating, grinding, machines, distribution, and warehousing is required.
- Basic mathematical skills for measuring and calculations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
