Our client is seeking a 1st Shift (6:30a-3:00p) Mechanically Inclined employee. Whether that be through previous Machine Building/Assembling experience or field experience.

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with various tools and equipment. As an Assembler, you will play a critical role in the production process, ensuring that components are accurately assembled according to specifications and quality standards. Your attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively will contribute to the overall success of our operations.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble components and parts using hand tools and power tools, ensuring precision and quality in every task.
  • Fabricate parts as needed, adhering to established guidelines and safety protocols.
  • Operate forklifts and other industrial equipment for material handling and assembly tasks.
  • Perform electrical wiring tasks as required, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand assembly requirements.
  • Utilize machining techniques when necessary, demonstrating proficiency in mechanical knowledge.
  • Measure components using micrometers and other measuring instruments to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve assembly processes.
Experience
  • Proven experience as an Assembler or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment is essential.
  • Familiarity with electrical wiring concepts is a plus.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints effectively is required.
  • Experience with machining processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
