About This Opportunity

Join our close-knit team to:
- Provide top customer service and follow up with customers, prospects, and applicants
- Be able to learn and relay the benefits of working with our team
- Handle a high volume of outgoing calls with the goal of filling customer hiring needs while properly skill matching. (110+ calls daily are what it takes to get the job done!)
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls assisting potential applicants, current employees, and customers
- Fill a variety of job openings with the right candidate per customer requirements
- Interact with applicant flow while handling required hiring forms and completing data entry and screenings required to meet company policies
- Ensure clear communication with a “WE” mentality and sell the benefits of joining the GreatWork team while detailing the client environment and job duties and incentives

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in helping local businesses grow with the right talent in their open positions
- Motivated attitude to support continuous office growth and profitability and sell our team on all levels
- Ability to provide immediate responses to our clients and applicants who rely on us to provide the best experience in a very competitive staffing industry
